We are looking for a passionate and brilliant creative thinker, maker and doer to come on board and lead the charge with making Ace + Freak one of the most exciting and entertaining youth brands on the planet.

Job Specifics:
You would be responsible for further developing and establishing the Ace + Freak brand that has been created to date, working directly into the Marketing Director and Creative Director.

This would include:
– All Social media content; conceptualising, creating and management
– Asset design and development for sampling, on trade and off trade
– Developing our merchandise range
– Establishing relationships and partnerships with like minded brands and people who we can collaborate with
– Quarterly and annual brand and business planning
– Being a face and ambassador of the brand and partake in sampling days and other partner or brand events.

Experience:
Ideally you will have worked for and around brands in a design, creative and marketing capacity for a number of years and are looking for a step up and the opportunity to create a long term future which you have a huge role in shaping

Skill/Attributes Required

The Skills you’ll need:
– Have a strong grasp of branding, digital marketing and strategy.
– Fluent across adobe suite, particularly photoshop, illustrator and indesign
– Ability to create excellent content, both designed, photographic and moving image.
– Competent typography and layout skills
– A genuine love for social media, most notably instagram.
– Comfortable being in a dynamic start-up environment where there will be a range of challenges to respond to on an ongoing basis.
– Have a strong point of view and be forthcoming in how you view the brand should develop over time.
– Be a natural networker who likes being out about and is naturally immersed in the culture where Ace + Freak lives and breathes
– Be a lovely and decent human being.
