Blink Creative is a full service creative agency based in the heart of vibrant Fitzroy. We’re on the lookout for a motivated and passionate junior to mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our small, friendly and fast-paced creative team.
Role Details
With a passion for branding and a keen eye for detail, you’re confident working across a broad range of applications—from identities, brand collateral and rollout, through to digital projects. Outstanding typography and layout skills are a must.
You can jump in on projects at various stages, adapting to different client needs and are comfortable working to deadlines when required. As part of a small team, you’ll be highly organised and approach your work with dedication and versatility. You’ll have the ability to problem solve creatively and independently.
We work with a diverse range of clients spanning commercial and boutique property, corporate, health, education, start-ups and NFPs. The role is full-time in our loft on Smith St, Fitzroy, a very short walk to the great food, coffee and culture of Smith & Gertrude.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Skill/Attributes Required
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years agency experience, preferably in a similar role
– Graphic Design degree or equivalent
– Strong typographic and layout/composition skills
– Proficient in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
– Digital experience not crucial but definitely a plus
– Great communication skills and ability to work under pressure
– Confident in liaising directly with clients and suppliers
