Role Details

While your design skills should do most of the talking, you’ll also be a strong verbal and written communicator.

Creative & Commercial is a branding and advertising agency with over twenty years’ experience in the sector. We work collaboratively with our clients to create, build and develop brands. Implementing the very best strategic and creative solutions to help them grow and prosper.

Providing some of the finest thinking available, Creative & Commercial prides itself on delivering outstanding creative work underpinned by thoughtful and insightful strategy.

Your tasks will include, but won’t be limited to:
• Producing compelling design concepts for campaigns and advertising through visuals and scamps
• Expanding on art direction from colleagues
• Creative artworking across social, digital, print and OOH media
• Typesetting
• Photo retouching
• Desk research
• Assisting your fellow designers in the day-to-day
running of the design department

We’d love you to have:
• Good experience across social, digital and web design
• Knowledge of the charity and
not-for-profit sectors

Skill/Attributes Required

• Not afraid to make mistakes and ask questions, but also quick and eager to learn from those mistakes
• Motivated with a positive attitude towards work
• An eye for detail
• Be able to take direction, but confident enough to run with your own ideas • Be able to give direction / talk about your work and ideas in a clear and
confident manner.
Requirements:
• Have completed a degree-level course, with a focus on graphic design/communication or advertising
• A flair for typography and amazing with layout
• Be advanced and confident using Adobe Creative suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop in a
Mac OS environment
• Have had 1-2-years’ industry experience
• Must be free and eligible to work in the UK
