Skill/Attributes Required

A conceptual thinker – able to respond to a variety of challenging briefs within commercial restraints.
Strong personal accountability and drive – confident managing a busy and varied workload.
An excellent communicator – with the ability to inspire and influence others.
A confident team player – very open to collaborative working and comfortable providing (and receiving) constructive challenge.
Comfortable working within established agency systems and processes.
Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat).
Good Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch and After Effects skills (desirable).
Knowledge of best practice in accessible design (desirable).
