Graphic Designer / Full Time / Paid

At Hoxo Media, we're looking for a full-time, fully remote, Graphic Designer to develop our internal Design function. We're looking for a hungry, skillful and knowledgeable person that loves sharing ones know-how and helping the 'muggles' in the wider team on all things Design.
Role Details
Hoxo Media is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the Creative team.
Someone who is digitally fluent but has ambition to work across multiple disciplines.
Someone who can combine their passion for design with commercial viability.
THE ROLE:
Work on digital assets from eGuides, Podcast graphics, branding, social media assets, video and more
Work with the client team to concept, design and deliver highly creative and effective design on time and within budget
Be responsible for creating work from concept through to digital assets and final artwork
Present concepts and work to the rest of the creative department, effectively managing and implementing feedback from the different teams
Be a point of reference for all things design
Participate in creating and innovating processes within the agency to maximise output quality
Be up to date with new platforms/software that can improve ways of working and output
Skill/Attributes Required
Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator are required; Premiere Pro not required but ideal)
Figma (not required but ideal)
Web Design (not required but ideal)
Wordpress (not required but ideal)
HubSpot (not required but ideal)
Concept and thought process ideas.
