We're looking for a Junior Designer who loves and understands social media to join our team.

Role Details

You’ll work across a diverse range of clients, across multiple digital marketing channels – from organic and paid social media content, to display ads and other marketing collateral. You’ll work closely with our Art Director and team of Animators, who will oversee your output and support your role and development.

Responsibilities:
Design static and animated content for integrated marketing campaigns, including organic, paid social and display ads

Work with the creative and production teams to design slick creative presentations, director’s treatments, and pre-production decks in Google Slides

Assist Art Director with creating scamps, key visuals, and look and feels to help sell in ideas and treatments to clients

Stay up-to-date with industry developments, tools, creative trends and new platform features to test

Be an advocate for design best practices and adhering to our clients’ brand guidelines / style

Skill/Attributes Required

Knowledge of design and animation fundamentals / principles

Knows their way around the Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro

Capable of designing Google Slides / Powerpoint decks

Capable of designing for animation

Capable of following and designing within brand guidelines

Capable of communicating design solutions to internal and external teams

Capable of designing for a variety of channels – from social media to display banners

Has strong organisational skills, and is capable of multi-tasking creative projects

Is detail oriented, ensuring quality control of all work

Works well in a team, capable of building upon ideas

Takes on board feedback well, and eager to learn

Has their finger on the pulse and curious about all things creative across various industries and fields
