A global real estate tech company is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their EMEA marketing team. This person will provide creative service and design support for a range of marketing activities across their International markets. (UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand).
Role Details
The role would suit an enthusiastic individual that has the desire to work in a B2B environment, to learn and progress as part of growing multicultural marketingteam, while working with a variety of departments across the business. The role would suit an individual that is comfortable working within a business that has
brand guidelines.
The Designer will provide support including, but not limited to:
o The design of artwork for print and digital advertising
o Design of marketing collateral including brochures, white papers, infographics and more
o Creative for events that includes, but is not limited to, exhibitions, industry conferences, client conferences and internal company events and digital conferences
o The design and creation of a range of email-based marketing materials
o Supporting the development of our international websites, including graphical support, content updates and web admin
o The maintenance of sales support materials and presentations
o Support the development and creation of video content
o Liaison with the design team in Santa Barbara to maintain an up to date understanding of brand and design template direction and future evolution
o Be an active member of the broader marketing group and support team activities and projects
o. The job is a hybrid work model—split between offices in Waterloo and Milton Keynes.
Salary: circa £28 – £35K dependant on experience

Skill/Attributes Required
• Ability to work autonomously or part of a broader team that will spread geographic boundaries and multiple time zones
• A strong, demonstrable level of design experience and creativity
• Ability to be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically In-
Design, Photoshop and Illustrator, Premier-Pro
• Experience working with WordPress, though not essential
• Strong digital experience and very social media aware
• Animation experience would also be advantageous
