Role Details
The in-house design team at a Fortune 100 company is looking for freelance designers, and art directors to support in a hybrid role. Designers will typically work on several projects at a time with varying turnaround times. We are looking for candidates with strong document layout, data visualization, and logo/identity design skills. Examples of projects include long- and short-form informational documents, infographics, digital/web graphics, interactive PDFs, environmental signage, and print design. Designers will work mainly with the Production Manager and Art Directors to develop project concepts. Must have experience adhering to Brand guidelines, studio workflow processes, be self-motivated and able to work independently, taking design direction and feedback well. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for quality and detail balanced with the ability to work quickly when necessary; remain able apply their creativity while resolving project requirements/client needs. Typically, we start off with 3 months time to see if a freelancer and the design team are a good fit.
Skill/Attributes Required
Software requirements: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat DC, Word and PowerPoint.
Animation, illustration, Keynote and video production experience are a plus, but not required.
