Northcoders Junior Graphic Designer – Job Specification
Starting Salary – £25,000
Working Hours – 36 hours a week over 4.5 days
Location – Manchester City Centre (may be required to visit other sites occasionally)

We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and engaging designs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in graphic design and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually striking designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, digital and print assets
• Design and develop graphics for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and other online channels
• Assist with the creation of branding materials and maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Support the marketing team with design-related tasks as needed
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and engaging
Essential Skills:
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
