Job Description
We are looking for a creative, ambitious & skilled individual with the passion and desire to join a fast-paced and ever-growing agency. This junior designer needs a wide range of graphic design and creative capabilities as well as the ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.

This candidate should have their finger on the pulse of popular culture and social media and be able to ensure Runway, and it’s brands, are at the forefront of the ever-changing digital space. They should be confident in managing their workload and interchanging between multiple brands.

Skill/Attributes Required

Required Experience
● Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field
● 1-2 years of industry experience
● Experience working across multiple marketing platforms: Email/Social/Web/Paid ads
● Skilled in the following tools are required: Adobe CSS Suite: (Photoshop, InDesign,
Illustrator), Sketch (good to have), Canva and PowerPoint/Google Doc
● Basic level experience in moving image/GIFs/Animation
● Digital design first

Required Skills
High level of attention to detail: alignment, spacing, imagery, type and sense-checking content
An understanding of how to correctly format text & spacing
Bring creativity to continually come up with new designs and new ideas
Consistent design language throughout brands, assets & documents
Experience with creating assets to a professional design standard
Designing appropriately for different marketing channels
Great organisational skills
The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
Flexible and adaptable to deal with change
Manage multiple projects and deadlines at once and be able to thrive in a fast-paced
environment
Understanding of the industry and who and what is current

The junior graphic designer will work on a wide variety of brands. Day-to-day assists the senior graphic designer with the design of all creative marketing output, including:
● Emails/Paid ads/Socials/Web banners
● Research & creative benchmark
● Concept mood boards & exploration of creative ideas
● In-house branding assets
