We’re looking for a passionate & ambitious Client Manager to join our family at Studio Minerva. Working with some of the world’s most iconic premium brands, the perfect candidate will have existing experience in a packaging/branding agency and a genuine interest in the world of luxury & prestige.
Role Details
A job description is not there to constrain you. It merely sets out core responsibilities. At Studio Minerva we take a hands-on approach and are all encouraged and expected to contribute across a variety of areas to drive the agency forward.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
– Working on client relationships
– Collaboration and team working
– Commercial awareness/responsibility
– Brand understanding
– Financial management
– Project management
– Putting together briefs and proposals
– Business development/driving new business
Skill/Attributes Required
Skills:
Communication: Excellent communication skills, proactively communicating with clients and team, with confidence and preference for phone first, email second. Ability to write clearly and succinctly.
Presentation: presents client presentations.
Negotiation: confident to explain value and benefit to clients behind quotations.
Attributes:
A fun, positive, tenacious and proactive person who thrives in an upbeat and multi-tasked environment.
