WIP is a boutique marketing agency that prides itself on creating brand stories worth telling! Our agency is at an exciting time and is experiencing rapid growth.

As we go through the process of our own brand refresh we are currently seeking expressions of interest from proactive, and strategically minded designers who have the flex to go from ‘big picture’ to ‘sweat the details’. on a dime! If this is you, awesome, let’s chat.

We’ve got an exciting range of national and international clients and are offering case-by-case project work. You want client examples? Fine. We’re talking FMCG, NFP’s, Startups and SME’s. All work comes lovingly prefiltered through a focused creative brief based on INSIGHT and a STRATEGIC direction. You’ll work in cahoots with a Creative Director/Strategist that is pro ‘AHA!’ moments of delight and very much anti ‘status quo/near enough is good enough’.

You’ll make work that ships i.e it gets out into the world, in stores, on doors, online, and will look damn fine in your folio. So if you are a junior or early stage designer with technical ability, creative flair, and a growth mindset let’s tee up a chat and go from there. Skill/Attributes Required

Let’s keep it simple. You are not a ‘short order cook’ technician, you’re a badass designer in the making. Please apply if you know the tools, but are confident in your ability inside ‘the box’ so that you can use your initiative to straddle and/or step outside it as needed. Capeesh?
