We are looking for a talented and creative Junior designer to join our growing Content Marketing team, managed by a Shillington graduate! This is a varied role which includes both digital and print design, UX/UI and concept development and will give you the opportunity to grow your portfolio, career and as a designer.

We are currently looking for a creative, highly motivated, talented Junior Designer to join our growing Content Marketing team. Working as part of a small, dynamic team you will design and develop concepts and content that is engaging and effective.

This is a great role for a multi-skilled designer able to apply design thinking and logic to a wide number of projects across both the digital and print landscapes.

Your main tasks will include:
Designing printed marketing materials
Digital design focusing on UX and UI.
Designing email marketing campaigns
Problem solving with design-based solutions

Educational qualifications:
English fluency
Visual communication or design qualification

Skill/Attributes Required

Skills:
Great design skills (print and digital) demonstrated by a broad portfolio of work
A comprehensive understanding how to use design to communicate ideas effectively.
Understanding of UX and UI principles
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative suite
Experience using UX/UI design software (Figma or Sketch)
Ability to effectively interpret briefs and also to work independently
Understanding of print processes and ability to create print ready files
Copywriting skills
Video editing (not essential but highly regarded)

Attributes:
Strong communicator, both verbally and in written form
Problem solving capabilities
Ability to work as part of a wider marketing team with multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to work accurately to deadlines
Ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback on design projects
Be able to produce and manage multiple project workstreams
