(Global) Brexit Passport Design Competition

If there was ever anything good to come from Brexit… (and those are words we never thought we’d say) it’s this recent design competition from Dezeen. While Brexit is certainly not something most of us are proud of, having a passport which is well designed may at least ease some of the global embarrassment we currently carry. Some of you may remember the impeccably designed Norwegian passport from Oslo based Neue Design Studio, a thing of enviable beauty it has us wishing even harder that we were Scandinavian. Or the minimal wonder of the Swiss passport, with its striking red cover and satisfying typography.

Thanks to Dezeen this is your opportunity to use your design skills for a good cause, salvage something from the dismal political situation we currently reside. The competition is open to anyone and invites entrants to submit their suggestions for the new passport as a mockup of their proposed design along with an entry form.
