Frost*collective Partners with Shillington for Diversity in Design Scholarship + Mentorship in Sydney

We’re proud to announce Shillington is partnering with Frost*collective for a Diversity in Design Full Scholarship + Industry Mentorship opportunity in Sydney, providing a career-changing opportunity to aspiring designers from underrepresented groups.

As a collaborative commitment by both educators and employers, the scholarship strives to support and strengthen equity by cultivating diverse and inclusive representation in the design industry—within classrooms and beyond.

The winner will receive 100% off course fees for our Sydney full-time or part-time course starting in September 2021, followed by post-graduate mentorship.

In Sydney, Frost* will:

• Select the winner with Shillington and a #Shillumni panel
• Sponsor 50% of the full scholarship course fees
• Provide post-graduate mentorship sessions

Why did Frost*collective decide to partner with Shillington for the Diversity in Design Scholarship?

Shillington is a globally recognised design educator, producing brilliant designers across the world. The decision to partner with them was a no brainer.

We are in business to make the world a better place through design. Every culture, background, gender, sexual orientation etc brings a different approach and outlook to design and problem solving which is essential in designing successful solutions for clients and the world.

Design has the power to transform, lives, businesses and the planet. A career in design is rewarding, full of exciting projects and visionary clients. The opportunity to kick start your career in design can be difficult and expensive, but this scholarship is a fantastic opportunity for those who maybe wouldn’t have had the chance to do so.
