Before Shillington, Alice Riley explored many different possibilities. She studied fashion design, became a scuba instructor, started her own business, worked outdoors teaching kids … the list goes on and on! But nothing seemed to stick. It wasn’t until her boyfriend Rhys—a fellow Shillington graduate—pointed her in the direction of our part-time course. From day one, she knew she was meant to be a graphic designer. Now she’s freelancing at Ted Baker, as well as juggling other freelance work. In Alice’s words: “Life is a moving a million miles an hour and it’s awesome!”
